The Lead Direct Support Professional Float role is onsite on the Victoria, MN campus, with pay of $19.50 per hour. Mount Olivet Rolling Acres supports adults, seniors, and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and medical conditions. The role provides daily living assistance and program support across designated homes, helping maintain clients’ well-being, safety, and participation in home and community routines. It also supports household operations and coordinates with the team to implement individualized plans.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with daily care, medical needs, activities of daily living, and mental health supports
• implement routines and recreation or community activities
• accompany clients to appointments and activities using a company vehicle
• support community relationships
• administer and document medications and treatments as directed
• prepare meals, complete housekeeping and maintenance, document program data, and ensure adequate supervision.

Why this role

The position requires 40 hours weekly and work every other weekend as a campus float; hours, days, and locations may vary, and staff may be reassigned to another location. Weekend and overnight differentials and a retention bonus are described.
