Qualified Mental Health Associate

Job overview

The Qualified Mental Health Associate role is onsite in Medford, OR, with compensation of $20.80–$24.97 per hour and a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The role supports residents in EDS Behavioral Health residential treatment programs. The associate provides clinical and daily-living support to help residents progress toward recovery and meet treatment goals. The work combines individual and group interventions, case management, documentation, resident care, and coordination with direct care and clinical staff.

What you'll do

• Provide skills training, symptom management, community integration, case management, and individual and group interventions aligned with treatment plans
• assist with group curricula
• respond to crises and de-escalate as needed
• document care in the Electronic Health Record
• support daily living, meals, housekeeping, medication administration, appointments, and program activities
• participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings.
