Assistant Project Manager, Construction Dewatering

The Assistant Project Manager role is onsite in Colonial Heights, VA, with compensation of $50,000–$80,000 per year. Ground Water Treatment and Technology delivers construction dewatering projects, including temporary treatment systems, media changeouts, and equipment maintenance. The role supports project delivery by keeping schedules, budgets, coordination, and site progress organized so project managers can focus on strategy and client relationships. What you'll do

• Build and maintain construction phasing schedules
• coordinate daily work among design engineers, contractors, clients, and vendors
• track budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
• prepare progress meeting agendas and minutes and follow up on action items
• monitor site progress and flag risks, delays, or scope changes
• support equipment procurement and delivery tracking
• help enforce site safety
• support startup, testing, commissioning, O&M handover, and closeout
• lead smaller projects as experience grows.
