What you'll do

• Manage daily field operations and assigned personnel
• represent company leadership onsite and serve as the client contact
• ensure safe setup and operation of water transfer systems
• plan, budget, and schedule field resources
• coordinate with engineering
• review and sign field tickets and project documentation
• enforce safety policies and train team members
• monitor pumps, valves, fusion machines, and related systems
• drive operational improvements and cost reduction.
