• Follow established procedural guides in the preparation of sterile supplies and equipment used in surgical procedures, perform appropriate room duties involved with direct patient care, function autonomously as a member of the operating room team, demonstrate knowledge and skills required to provide care and/or service appropriate to the level of development of patients, with consideration of the needs of patients’ families.

Education

High school diploma.

Experience

High school diploma. Graduation from an accredited school of surgical technology or surgical technology military program. 6 months experience.
