Bakery Supervisor

The Bakery Supervisor role is onsite in Lincoln, NE, with a full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week and availability within store hours, including Saturdays. What you'll do

• Lead bakery operations and direct employees during shifts
• oversee shifts when the Store Manager is absent
• train and coach employees on bakery procedures, customer service, cleanliness, food safety, and product quality
• delegate and follow up on tasks
• assist with baking, decorating, customer orders, stocking, preparation, cleaning, and inventory
• address customer concerns
• follow cash-handling, closing, security, and store procedures
• communicate staffing and operational concerns to management
• assist with coverage and training at both Lincoln locations.
