What you'll do

• Repair and maintain lighting, outlets, and circuits
• operate and test fire alarm, security, and timer systems
• perform plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance
• repair furniture, walls, tile, roofing, and flooring
• operate HVAC controls, change filters, lubricate equipment, assist with HVAC repairs, and clean refrigeration coils. Maintain mechanical rooms, complete work orders, perform assigned painting and cleaning, assist with equipment installation, maintain supplies and records, and respond to on-call emergency repairs or after hours.
