What you'll do

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while following site procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, public spaces, parking areas, and perimeters
• respond to concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations and escalate as appropriate
• monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or maintenance concerns
• prepare incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation.
