Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members
• monitor staff performance against KPIs
• support scheduling and labor management, member service resolution, lead generation, and new member acquisition
• supervise front desk and Kids Crunch activities
• oversee inventory, supplies, facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and work orders
• ensure compliance with Crunch policies and service standards.
