This position supports the ICBD team in providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism. This role exists to deliver ABA therapy in various settings to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. It contributes to the team's mission by implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and working collaboratively with BCBAs and families.

What you'll do

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
