What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold food items according to instructions, menus, and recipes
• follow food-safety and food-handling procedures
• complete prep and opening and closing checklists
• set up the workstation
• operate kitchen equipment
• store, label, and rotate products
• perform other duties as assigned.
