What you'll do

• Analyze financial data and production reports
• ensure compliance with accounting standards and automotive finance regulations
• collaborate with dealership leadership and sales and F&I teams to improve product penetration and profit per vehicle retailed
• supervise and develop finance team members
• maintain relationships with lenders, auditors, financial institutions, and OEM finance partners
• ensure deals are funded
• update sales reports
• explain finance products
• structure deals based on customer credit and submit deals to lenders
• support training and customer follow-up.
