What you'll do

• Assist with case management from intake through trial preparation
• draft and prepare discovery, subpoenas, summaries, and litigation support documents
• organize and review construction project records and discovery materials
• coordinate depositions, mediations, site inspections, and expert communications
• prepare exhibits, timelines, and trial materials
• maintain calendars, deadlines, and case files
• e-file documents in state and federal court.
