What you'll do

• Operate hydraulic and conventional cranes
• assist with rig-up, rig-down, and job-site preparation
• read and follow lift plans
• conduct pre- and post-operation inspections
• communicate with rigging crews and project leads
• travel to job sites with overnight stays as needed
• maintain a strong focus on safety.
