What you'll do

• Keep tour routes, vacant units, and models clean and ready
• show and sell available units
• accept deposits
• complete applications, rental agreements, and lease packages
• collect rent and serve notices
• enter accounting information
• answer phones
• maintain resident relations and enforce community rules
• handle work orders and resident concerns.
