The attorney provides practical counsel to schools and public entities, researches and analyzes applicable laws, drafts legal documents, supports negotiations and proceedings, and develops client matters in collaboration with experienced attorneys.

What you'll do

• Advise educational and public-sector clients
• research Ohio and federal law
• draft opinions, correspondence, policies, pleadings, and motions
• counsel on governance, student, employee, and regulatory matters
• assist with labor and employment matters, hearings, negotiations, and litigation
• communicate recommendations to clients.
