Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and address customer concerns
• book calls using capacity planning and smart dispatch
• prioritize GLSA/PPC booking calls
• make outbound calls as needed
• use CRM software to book calls and update customer information
• assist with membership tune-ups
• escalate issues that cannot be resolved
• prepare financing paperwork and collect payments
• attend meetings and training
• follow performance, ethics, and safety standards.
