The Restaurant Team Member role is onsite at Sacramento International Airport in Sacramento, CA, at 6900 Airport Blvd W. Compensation is $16.90 per hour plus an hourly share of the tip pool. The role supports the opening of two Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar restaurants and the company’s goal of creating memorable experiences for travelers. Cross-trained team members support multiple areas of restaurant operations, helping deliver food, service, and hospitality. Depending on training, certifications, scheduling, and business needs, assignments may include cashier, bartender, cook, prep cook, or utility/food runner duties.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• take food and beverage orders and process payments
• prepare food according to recipes and quality standards
• prepare and serve alcoholic beverages when assigned and certified
• run food and support dining room service
• wash dishes and maintain cleanliness
• receive deliveries, stock supplies, and maintain inventory
• follow food safety, sanitation, and airport security requirements
• work collaboratively to support guest experience.
