Activity Security Representative II

The Activity Security Representative II role is onsite in Lorton, VA; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Review inbound and outbound correspondence for classification
• maintain document accountability records
• process classified mail and receipt records
• destroy classified materials
• account for magnetic media
• support reproduction of classified materials
• maintain logs and customer contact listings
• process data transfers and visit notices
• escort visitors and maintain logs
• assist with access badges and entry systems
• conduct entry and exit inspections
• maintain personnel security files and access-system data
• follow customer procedures
• support security awareness and education
• perform related administrative support.

Why this role

Requires three to five years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a current Secret clearance, eligibility for access to Special Access Program information, and willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph. Travel within the organizational area of responsibility may be extensive and may involve air and ground transportation.
