What you'll do

• Receive and inspect seafood deliveries for quality, freshness, and temperature
• break down and portion fish and seafood
• track yield and waste
• pack and label restaurant orders
• maintain the retail case and assist guests
• organize, label, rotate, and store products
• complete inventory counts
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• collaborate with chefs and team members.
