What you'll do

• Represent clients in personal injury matters
• investigate claims and assess liability and damages
• explain legal options and case progress to clients
• prepare and file pleadings and other legal documents
• negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel
• appear in trials, hearings, and depositions
• maintain case records and deadlines
• collaborate on case strategy
• and oversee support staff and junior associates.
