What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• clean kitchen floors, surfaces, and workstations
• sort and store clean dishware and cookware
• remove trash and maintain waste areas
• assist with basic prep and restocking as needed
• follow food-safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
• support an organized back-of-house during peak service.
