What you'll do

• Lead architecture, development, and production deployment of agentic AI applications, multi-agent systems, and intelligent workflows
• manage engineering managers and engineers
• oversee the Databricks-on-AWS AI/ML platform
• partner with product managers and owners
• establish software engineering standards for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and Python development.
