• Contribute to proposals, client interviews, and stakeholder presentations

• conduct quality reviews and enforce guidelines
• approve and certify deliverables as Engineer of Record

• maintain relationships with teams, vendors, and authorities
• mentor staff
• participate in recruitment and performance reviews
