Line Cook — PM Shift

Job overview

The Line Cook — PM Shift role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Pay is $22.50 per hour. The cook supports the hotel’s food and beverage department by preparing food to CSM and brand standards and helping ensure guest satisfaction. The role prepares and expedites menu items, completes daily prep, accommodates dietary restrictions or preferences as needed, and maintains food safety and kitchen sanitation. It also supports cost control, inventory, guest service, and the department’s daily operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food to menu specifications, recipes, and plating standards
• adjust menu items as needed for dietary restrictions or preferences
• complete daily prep based on business levels and leadership direction
• follow cost-control measures
• use equipment and supplies properly
• expedite food items for timely service
• respond to guest needs
• clean and sanitize the kitchen
• complete food-safety and temperature logs
• assist with inventory
• maintain a safe work area and comply with applicable food regulations
• assist other team members as needed.
