What you'll do

• Keep the kitchen clean
• wash and sort dishes
• organize the dish area
• set up dish stations, machines, and sinks
• keep floors clean and dry
• wash, stack, and store dishware, glassware, utensils, cookware, and storage containers
• change machine and sink water every two hours or as needed and use specified chemical dilutions
• help store food deliveries
• manage trash and boxes
• maintain dry storage organization
• follow posted cleaning duties
• assist with food preparation and other chef-assigned tasks as needed.
