What you'll do

• Manage data collection driving operations field resources

• coach and mentor field surveyors
• conduct periodic team and program reviews
• facilitate team meetings
• coordinate workload and coverage
• advise on regional issues
• support customer and partner relationships
• participate in business reviews
• gather and analyze reporting details
• provide status reports
• support invoice verification, metrics, resource planning, forecasting, quality, safety, and financial controls
• monitor performance and service-level targets
• support service improvement and root-cause analysis
• escalate issues as needed.
