What you'll do

• Provide schedule reporting aligned with program milestones and executive requirements
• support and help supervise project schedulers
• coordinate schedule reviews with OARs, senior project managers, and field teams
• review Primavera P6 baseline schedules and monthly updates
• perform time impact and Windows analyses
• interpret construction drawings and contract documents
• maintain program-level and master schedules
• establish coding and reporting standards
• identify risks and recommend mitigation and recovery strategies
• prepare executive reports and dashboards
• participate in meetings and site visits.
