What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Provide guests with valet parking and safe transport.
• Receive room key and passport from the front desk and escort guests to the room assigned.
• Secure guest luggage in check-in room.
• Learn room types, floor plans, and guests' amenities.
• Respond to all guest inquiries in a professional, service-oriented manner to promote hotel services and in-house facilities.
• Inspect the room for items left behind.
• Deliver items to guest rooms as requested.
• Attend meetings relating to position.
• Secure guest coats at coat check locations.
