What you'll do

• Manage facility operations, rent storage units, process payments, and maintain records
• respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• inspect facilities for cleanliness, security, and maintenance
• perform light maintenance and coordinate more complex repairs with vendors
• maintain inventory control procedures and comply with company policies and safety regulations
• generate and analyze occupancy, revenue, and other KPI reports.
