Customer Care Associate

What you'll do

• Process administrative tasks and track attendance
• answer calls within three rings and return messages
• assist with facility cleanliness and opening and closing
• support tours, trial lessons, enrollment follow-up, and retention
• handle schedule changes, account updates, and billing questions
• respond to customer inquiries and de-escalate issues
• and collaborate with instructors and managers.
