Accounts Payable Specialist and Receptionist

What you'll do

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
• answer and direct calls and emails
• manage mail and deliveries
• maintain reception and common areas
• coordinate meals and office supplies
• process and review invoices
• verify coding and authorization and perform three-way matching as applicable
• process payments
• maintain payment schedules and AP records
• support month-end close and reconciliations
• resolve vendor payment questions and discrepancies.
