What you'll do

• Assist customers at the parts counter, by phone, and throughout the dealership
• identify and locate OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories
• assess customer needs and recommend products
• drive retail parts and accessory sales
• build estimates and process transactions
• support service advisors and technicians with repair-order parts
• track special orders and follow up with customers
• receive, stock, organize, and count inventory
• maintain clean, merchandised displays
• develop Harley-Davidson product and fitment knowledge
• coordinate with Service, Sales, and MotorClothes
• follow dealership processes and inventory controls.
