What you'll do

• Manage operational staff and coordinate daily dispatch to support tractor, driver and trailer utilization
• oversee service performance, including tank cleaning and tank wash processes
• manage driver safety, regulatory compliance, hiring and retention initiatives
• verify preventive maintenance schedules and annual equipment inspections
• facilitate training for new staff
• analyze data, coordinate schedules and manage documentation
• support terminal operations as assigned.
