What you'll do

• Lead a crew and perform janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area and project time frames. May support project staffing coordination and schedule communication. Clean floors, carpets, windows, restrooms, furniture, fixtures, walls, and other surfaces
• empty trash
• move furniture and supplies
• follow chemical-cleaner and power-equipment procedures
• monitor building security and safety
• maintain tools and machines
• track supplies and task/performance data
• document reports and supply orders
• and address customer requests and escalations.
