Infant Toddler Caregiver

The Infant Toddler Caregiver role is onsite in Kapolei, HI, with compensation of $20.29–$21.20 per hour. Seagull Schools supports children’s early educational journeys through play-based learning and recognized early childhood practices. This caregiver supports the Lead Caregiver in maintaining a safe, nurturing classroom and meeting young children’s emotional and developmental needs. The role assists with age-appropriate activities, student progress documentation, physical care, and classroom organization while following school and licensing requirements.

What you'll do

• Support the Lead Caregiver
• assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
• document student progress and behavior
• provide feeding, diapering, and nap-time support
• maintain classroom order and cleanliness
• communicate with children, teachers, and parents
• follow NAEYC practices, Hawaii child care licensing rules, and school policies.
