Job overview

The Line Server role is onsite in Saint George, UT. Pay is $16 per hour. The position supports Aubergine Kitchen’s restaurant service and food production line. The server prepares and plates dishes to the restaurant’s consistency and presentation standards, while keeping the station stocked, clean, and organized. The role also supports guest service and team operations during busy periods.

What you'll do

• Set up, stock, and rotate the production line using FIFO
• flag low ingredients for preparation
• portion and plate dishes according to presentation standards and dietary restrictions
• occasionally deliver dishes to guest tables
• clean and sanitize the station and dining area
• restock supplies
• assist with online and catering orders and dishwashing when needed.
