What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy reasoning agents and multi-agent systems using LangGraph or related Python frameworks
• architect agent workflows and recovery behavior
• build documented, versioned APIs
• own AI evaluation strategy and regression testing
• instrument production systems for observability
• build retrieval and context pipelines over insurance data
• and troubleshoot production issues across the AI stack.
