What you'll do

• Review, investigate, and resolve unauthorized debit card or ACH activity
• process disputed transactions, credits, chargebacks, and adjustments within regulatory guidelines
• communicate claim status
• assist branches and customers
• coordinate with Compliance, Audit, and department colleagues.
