Payroll Manager

What you'll do

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and special payrolls
• enter time corrections and adjustments
• approve or override exceptions
• communicate with managers and employees about payroll and time-and-attendance questions
• prepare and transmit payroll files
• maintain payroll records and reports
• apply federal and state payroll tax laws
• respond to agency notices
• calculate manual paychecks and overpayments
• reconcile missed deductions
• maintain custom payroll reports
• train managers on payroll and time-and-attendance processes
• process HCM updates and internal change requests. Travel is listed at 10–15%.
