• Review and process MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI regulations and guidelines
• collaborate with nursing caregivers and other disciplines on accurate care-plan goals
• communicate across disciplines to support timely completion and transmission of RAI/MDS
• prepare reports on quality measures and indicators from RAI/MDS data.
