What you'll do

• Assist with golf shop and outside-service policies and procedures
• handle and balance cash and card transactions
• monitor assigned staff
• maintain the golf shop, storage areas, cart shed, and grounds
• assist with budgets, forecasts, inventory, and reports
• track rounds and customer preferences
• schedule tee times and respond to inquiries and complaints
• conduct individual and group lessons and clinics
• help organize tournaments, outings, and events
• sell merchandise
• and support handicapping, membership, and driving-range services.
