The cook prepares and presents cafeteria menu items to Quest standards and supports daily kitchen operations. The role contributes to consistent service through recipe-based production, food safety, sanitation, and customer assistance.
What you'll do
- Prepare and present menu items according to production sheets, standardized recipes, and schedules
- assist with cold prep, salads, grab-and-go production, and hot-line service
- work across at least three concept stations
- follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines
- receive and store deliveries
- assist with inventory, ordering, cleaning, and next-day preparation
- serve customers professionally.
