Resident Experience Manager — 1200 West Marshall

The Resident Experience Manager role is onsite in Richmond, VA. Compensation is $60,000 per year. The position is the senior-most role on the property and supports resident experience and property operations in coordination with university partners. The manager leads the property team and oversees leasing, marketing, and administrative operations to support resident satisfaction and property performance. The role develops staff, manages operational and financial processes, resolves resident concerns, and coordinates with the Service Manager and university partners.

What you'll do

• Supervise the office team and community assistants
• oversee leasing, marketing, and administrative operations
• recruit, hire, train, develop, and evaluate direct reports
• direct marketing efforts and resident feedback action plans
• manage scheduling, payroll, deposits, invoices, packages, incident reports, posting requirements, and contracts
• partner with the Service Manager on property maintenance and financial performance
• communicate with university partners
• represent the property at resident and marketing events
• oversee resident communications, rent collection, and eviction processes with centralized services as needed
• resolve resident disputes and oversee key control.
