What you'll do

• Lead general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed-asset accounting
• prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements
• lead budgeting and forecasting
• manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital
• oversee month- and year-end close
• coordinate audits with external CPA firms and tax advisors
• maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
• provide financial analysis and reporting to executives
• improve processes
• supervise and develop accounting staff.
