Material Coordinator – Coating Production

It maintains accurate material transactions and chamber-run information, supports kitting and staging, and communicates shortages and constraints to the teams responsible for resolving them.

What you'll do

• Gather and coordinate optics, tooling, and shipping and packaging materials
• verify readiness for scheduled Coating work
• create, maintain, and update Coating Chamber Runs in the MES system
• ensure transactions and run data reflect production priorities
• support kitting and staging
• identify shortages and discrepancies
• communicate readiness risks
• coordinate with Planning, Inventory Control, and Shipping to resolve material issues
• escalate risks to production or fulfillment
• maintain accurate records
• and partner with Quality and Engineering on readiness concerns.
