Guest Experience Liaison

What you'll do

• Oversee self-service check-in communications and rental readiness
• coordinate arrival and departure follow-ups
• monitor daily check-ins
• respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests by phone, email, and text
• triage and troubleshoot issues or emergencies remotely and delegate to appropriate teams
• coordinate with Operations, Housekeeping, and Engineering
• provide local recommendations
• support operations managers
• procure supplies and maintain expense records.
