The Building Engineer, Commercial Medical Buildings is an onsite role serving three commercial medical buildings in Mesa and Chandler, AZ. Pay is $29–$32 per hour. The role helps protect property and support safe, reliable operations for tenants and visitors.

What you'll do

• Assess building systems
• perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance
• respond to interior and exterior equipment service requests
• manage work orders involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems
• maintain a task list for property management
• coordinate vendor check-in and escort vendors to work areas while documenting completed work
• assist with fire panel and extinguisher inspections
• follow company, OSHA, and client safety standards.
