• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence
• monitor building access points and activity
• conduct interior and exterior patrols
• monitor surveillance cameras and security systems
• respond to emergencies and security concerns
• maintain shift logs and incident and daily activity reports
• assist with packages and vendor deliveries when required
• control and document keys
• report suspicious activity and safety hazards
• coordinate with building management
• enforce building policies
• communicate during shift transitions.
