The Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal role is hybrid in Washington, DC, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 9 AM–6 PM and four days in the office and one day remote. Compensation is $33–$36 per hour. The role provides primary paralegal support to Price Benowitz LLP’s Personal Injury Practice Group. The paralegal supports cases from intake through resolution by managing files, drafting and filing litigation documents, maintaining deadlines, and coordinating with clients, counsel, courts, insurers, and service providers. This work helps attorneys prepare cases and provide responsive client service.

What you'll do

• Manage a personal-injury caseload from beginning to end
• organize, review, and summarize case documents
• draft representation letters and litigation documents
• file through state and federal court systems
• maintain regular client contact
• communicate with opposing counsel, court clerks, insurance companies, and lien-resolution contacts
• assist with trial preparation
• maintain calendars and case deadlines
• arrange service of process.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of complex litigation paralegal experience and experience with DC litigation matters and procedures. Combined DC and Maryland experience is highly preferred; Virginia experience is a plus.
